The following are entries for the Sage Encyclopedia of Educational Technology without committed authors. The editors of the Encyclopedia are Mike Spector (mike.spector@unt.edu), Tristan Johnson, Dirk Ifenthaler, Willi Savenye, and Maggie Wang.
