Who are we?

We are a group of people who want to shape change in diverse organizational environments by thinking through the process together.

We collaborate on practical applications, theories, quality research, and data driven systems thinking models that create and inform new avenues of impact and inquiry through its applications in emerging fields and technologies.

The worth of stability is in the goodness it preserves, while the worth of change is in the goodness it brings about (Don Ely, 1976, p. 151).

What is our purpose?

  • Educate and provide a space where people connect and reflect in order to grow
  • Engage people in understanding the scholarship and practices on change
  • Help people see systems beyond isolated events to open spaces for interconnected transformation

  • Disseminate /share research and evidence-based practice
  • Produce practical and scholarly arguments about change, and innovation
  • Explore systems thinking in complex, dynamic systems

  • Engage other Divisions and the world in learning about systems thinking where everything is connected and change is desired
  • Promote meaningful innovation in organizations
